Before moving to Los Angeles to develop and expand his skill set even more to cinematographer, director and producer, Amir became well recognized as an editor in London and has worked on everything from corporate films and documentaries to high end advertising campaigns and award winning shorts including Sergeant Slaughter, My Big Brother starring Tom Hardy and Tell Tale starring Carla Gugino, Jesse Spencer, Adam Arkin and Clifton Collins Jnr. He has also worked on commercial projects featuring the likes of Robert Downey Jnr, Kate Beckinsale and Jude Law alongside celebrity director/photographer Greg Williams. With a constant desire to create and shape images, whether moving or still, whether behind the camera, behind the computer, or behind a team, as a natural and strategic storyteller, Amirs creative direction and stylistic decisions are unfailingly driven by substance and function. His passion for film and photography go hand in hand, often incorporating a cinematic style to his stills and a keen eye for photographic elements in film, making the most of both mediums as a visual language.
